What is S’ELLE Encounter Retreat?

S’ELLE Encounter Retreat is a five-day journey of renewal, rest, and deep connection with God—created especially for women. Set in the peaceful beauty of a villa in Girona, Spain, this retreat offers a sacred pause from the noise of everyday life.

The word retreat means “to draw back”—just as Jesus often withdrew to quiet places to be with the Father. That’s our heart for you, too.

Through powerful sessions that invite you to go deeper, Spirit-led worship, and unhurried moments to simply be—listen, rest, breathe—you’ll encounter God in ways that bring healing, restoration, and fresh fire to your heart.

What is the schedule like for each day?

Each day is thoughtfully designed. While we have a schedule set up, you are free to engage in the sessions or take time to go deeper with God in your own way—whether that’s through quiet moments of prayer, journaling, or simply resting in His presence.

This retreat is all about honoring your personal journey and allowing space for the Holy Spirit to lead you.

What is the environment like at the retreat—quiet and peaceful, or more lively and social?

The environment at the retreat offers the best of both worlds. You’ll have the opportunity to connect deeply with other women in a warm, supportive atmosphere, but the spacious grounds also provide plenty of quiet, peaceful spaces for solitude and reflection whenever you need it.

Whether you’re looking for meaningful conversations or moments of rest and renewal, the retreat has room for both.

What is the size of the group, and how intimate will the retreat feel?

The beautiful villa has space for 16 incredible women, and our vision is to keep the experience intimate, where every woman feels seen, heard, and deeply connected. It’s not just about the size of the group; it’s about the depth of the relationships and the personal encounters with God that we want to foster.

You’ll have the chance to truly connect, not only with each other but also with your own heart in a way that feels safe, nurturing, and transformative.

Are there any specific dress codes or attire recommendations for the retreat?

The atmosphere will be laid-back and inviting, so wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable and authentic—whether it’s a flowy summer dress, your favorite cozy joggers, a chic outfit, or good old jeans. Just come as your beautiful self!

Logistics & Travel

When are the next retreat dates?

Our next retreat is March 17-21, 2027. We recommend booking early to secure your spot and choose your favorite room!
More dates for 2027 are on their way. If March doesn’t suit you, join our list and you’ll be the first to know.

How do I register?

We’re so excited to welcome you! You can sign up right here. Once you’ve registered, we’ll personally reach out to guide you through making your first payment to secure your spot. We’re here to walk with you every step of the way.

What are the payment options?

To secure your spot, a deposit is due within 7 days of signing up. You can then choose to pay the remaining balance in full, half, or in three installments.

How do I get to the retreat?

You can fly into Barcelona (BCN) or Girona (GRO), and we’ll provide a WhatsApp group for participants to coordinate transportation to the villa.

After you sign up, you’ll receive our S’ELLE Encounter Info Package, but if you’d like to organize your travel before signing up, we’re happy to send it to you in advance!

What’s the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made up to 60 days before the retreat start date will be eligible for a 90% refund, with a 10% administrative cost deducted.
Refunds for cancellations made after this period will only be issued if the vacated spot is successfully filled by another participant.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Many women attend solo and find a deep sense of connection and community during the retreat. It’s a wonderful opportunity to form meaningful friendships with like-minded women.

That said, the villa and surrounding areas are spacious, providing plenty of room for solitude, rest, and peace if that’s what you’re seeking. Whether you come for connection or quiet reflection, you’ll find what you need here.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure that your needs are taken care of with love and attention. Your comfort and nourishment are important to us.

Stay Connected

Will there be any follow-up or continued support after the retreat ends?

Yes, we offer a 6-month follow-up via Zoom, once a month, to continue walking with you on this transformative journey. During this time, you’ll experience activation, accountability, and deep sisterhood. We’ll pray together, encourage each other, and continue the work of transformation that began at the retreat. This is a space where you can continue to grow, share, and be supported. Please note, there is an additional cost for this follow-up.
